Tools and experiments for early stage startups
This workshop is for YOU – early stage startups, founders and students. And YOU - everyone who has an idea in his head and likes to test if it will fly or not. And YOU – the ones who are constantly aiming to improve their idea. Together we will find the blind spots of your idea because they are the sweet spots of innovation.
The aim of this workshop is to show you tools and simple experiments to develop your business model by yourself or in a team and solve your specific problem in a very systematic way.
Our plan is to take a closer look on the key principles and single steps of design thinking. We will talk about the business model canvas and the value proposition canvas. And we will introduce lots of helpful tools to create, test and iterate your customer journey.
But the predominant part of our session is reserved for hands-on work on your business model and specific questions. Because we agree to Michael Schrader saying “You don’t need good ideas
you need cheap experiments.”
Inga Land, Carsten Offele and Stefan Weber from the :agile accelerator team will moderate this workshop. Working languages will be German and / or English.
This workshop is part of Startup Woche Düsseldorf which takes place from 5th- 12th May 2017 in and around Düsseldorf.
