Conventionally, heat is stored in large, costly, and energy-inefficient heat tanks.
The new HeatTANK, developed by HeatVentors, is a thermal accumulator based on phase shift technology.
The novel tank can save between 20 and 40 percent of energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by half. Its compact size – approx. 90 percent smaller than conventional heat accumulators – makes HeatTANK considerably more convenient.
